I'm David McKillop with the Producers Group.
Leadership at the Producers Group includes David McKillop, a seasoned television executive who has developed and delivered popular television hits on three cable networks (A&E, History, and Discovery). As GM of A&E, David developed and served as Executive Producer of the #1 nonfiction series on cable, “Duck Dynasty” (cable’s most-watched nonfiction series of all time) in addition to the hit series “Storage Wars”, critically acclaimed original scripted drama series: “Bates Motel” and “Longmire”. While at History, David served as the Executive Producer of top series such as “Pawn Stars”, “Ice Road Truckers”, “American Pickers”, “Ax Men” and “Swamp People”, and for numerous acclaimed and top-rated History specials (the Emmy award winners “Gettysburg” and “102 Minutes that Changed America”). Previously, David was the Vice President of Production for Discovery Channel where he supervised many of the network’s specials and series including “Dirty Jobs” and “American Chopper”. David has also served as Executive Producer of groundbreaking programming including “Biker Build Off”, “Monster Garage” and “Deadliest Catch”.

Dennis Allen
Executive Producer & Partner
With more than 25 years of experience in every aspect of production and broadcast television, Dennis Allen’s career has included stints as a developer, executive producer, supervising producer, writer and/or director. Allen has run shows for national syndication and major cable networks and recently wrapped a special for PBS, bringing celebrity chefs Jose Andres, Eric Ripert, Rick Bayless, Martha Stewart, Jacques Pepin, Vivian Howard, Marcus Samuelsson, Sara Moutlon and Carla Hall together for a six episode celebration of Julia Child as they screen vintage episodes and dish it up with Julia. Dennis also recently led “Great Moments from Soundbreaking” with host Steven Van Zandt, presenting highlights from an eight-part mini-series that looks at seminal moments in recorded music with more than 150 top artists of the likes of Paul McCartney, Roger Waters, Barry Gibb, B.B. King, Willie Nelson and many more.
Darin Chavez
General Counsel & Partner
Darin Chavez has served as licensing counsel for “The Simpsons”, “Pokemon”, “MegaMan NT Warrior” and “SpongeBob Squarepants”. Darin is an experienced film and television producer and entertainment lawyer and has performed legal and/or producer services on a number of independent and award-winning films and television productions, such as, “Criminal”, “Doubt”, “Kill Bill Vols. 1 and 2”, “Sin City” “Uncle Frank” and “The Banker” as well as TV series such as “PUNK’D”, “Newlyweds”, “Street Art Throwdown”, Being Bobby Brown” and “HomeTeam”.. Over his career as an attorney, Darin has represented individual talent, athletes, production companies and studios in a multitude of media, entertainment, sports, video game, music, technology and licensing transactions, including Disney, MTV Networks, WB, NBC/Uni, Sony, famed artist Justin BUA, as well as various professional athletes such as NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and boxing champion, Ryan Garcia. Darin is also a partner at the Beverly Hills-based law firm, Tricarico Chavez, LLP, and serves as a board member of several companies.
Kurt Eide
Executive Producer & Partner
Kurt Eide (“I.D.”) has supervised, produced, or financed over 400 hours of television, including a recent network pilot with Rob Cohen (Director of The Fast and the Furious), syndicated home improvement programming, sports properties such as the ESPN Carrier Classic (NCAA basketball game), IMSA (sports car racing) and Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. He is a creator of the forthcoming ‘Toonight!” series for national syndication. Kurt’s early career was spent with Dominion Income Management, a private equity fund led by controversial money manager Andrew Evans, who at the time managed investments for Bill Gates. Eide has served as an advisory board member for the cellular phone industries’ Mobile Giving Foundation, which developed charity benefits in the entertainment industry (American Idol Gives Back, Japan tsunami, Hurricane Sandy, etc.), has co-authored and is publishing a new children’s book about his late friend Frank Shankwitz, founder of the Make-A-Wish Foundation (“Wishes Won’t Wash Dishes”).
Ed Leclere
Executive Producer & Partner
Ed Leclere has a background in event production, hospitality and licensing working with organizations such as Wolfgang Puck , Six Flags, Circus Circus, NFL Super Bowl just to mention a few. He has produce and managed major events, concerts and festivals across the US and Mexico, featuring performing artists such as Charlie Daniels, Cheap Trick, Jackyl, The Guess Who, Puddle of Mudd, Social Distortion, Gin Blossoms, Bret Michaels, George Thorogood, War and many others. Leclere was a partner of “Arizona Bike Week”, which is recognized as one of the top Harley Davidson oriented motorcycle events in the US. Leclere is currently developing a news series with the Producers Group around the legal cannabis industry (working title “High Science”) . Leclere is also providing producer services for “Toonight!” in the development of partnership programs, as well as potential consumer events and grass-roots marketing.
